Event Registration:

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Participation at any promotional rate may be limited and Fierce Impact reserves the right to extend or close any promotional rate at any time before the opening of the event.

Payments:

Payment must be received in full before the start date of any live or virtual seminars/webinars/teleseminars/workshops. Participants registering with a purchase order should follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment. Payment must be received in full before the start of online training courses/bootcamps/one-on-one mentorship unless a payment plan has been offered for that particular program.

Refund Policy

Registration fees for virtual and live events, seminars, webinars are nonrefundable and are nontransferable. Online training course refunds are 100% refundable less a 10% cancellation fee when all provisions of the "Show Your Work" policy has been met.

*"Show Your Work" policy: Students must submit proof that they have completed a specified portion of the training before they are eligible to receive a refund.

Event Cancellation

FIERCE Impact reserves the right to cancel any event because of low registration or events beyond Fierce Impact's control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.

Fenom University & Circle of F.I.R.E.™

Membership into Fenom University includes the Circle of F.I.R.E. community and is a monthly subscription for access to online trainings/videos/podcast/forums and other membership offers introduced while a paid-up member.  Membership is automatically billed to your card a monthly subscription, which you may elect to pay annually to take advantage of offered discounts. Termination of membership is automatic if payment is not made upon the monthly subscription date and can be reinstated upon payment of the monthly/annual subscription fee, which may be billed at the newer current subscription rate at the time of reinstatement.

Enlightened Inner Circle

Membership into the Inner Circle is by invitation and constitutes a 12-month mastermind program, which is a non-cancellable agreement/non-refundable agreement. At time of acceptance a $2500 non-refundable deposit is required with the balance due and payable within 72-hours. During this time, you have the right to a 3-day rescission period by providing written notice by email to support@fierceimpact.com within the 72-hour period after acceptance into the program. Any deposit made to hold you space at the time of acceptance will be forfeited and not refunded if you elect not to move forward after the 72-hour rescission period. Campus policy

You are granted digital access to courses offered with the selected level of membership subscription immediately upon purchase of your monthly/annual subscription into Fenom University.  If you are purchasing a stand-alone course/event your access is immediate for that specific course/event and online courses, then are available for you for a period of 1 calendar year unless noted otherwise as a lifetime access product.

Limitation of Liability

Fierce Impact Media and all content and software associated therewith, or any other features or functionalities associated with the Event, are provided “as is” and “as available” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Fierce Impact does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of the Event will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Fierce Impact is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or redemption to be received by Fierce Impact on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online or on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to customer’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading or streaming any materials consistent with this agreement or subsequent use of any Fierce Impact owned web properties. If, for any reason, the stream is not capable of running online as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of FIM which threatens or corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a live stream offer, Fierce Impact, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the offer and/or any subscription.

Any attempt by you to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; Fierce Impact will disqualify your attempted redemption and reserves the right to seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law.
